Home Birth Services in Phoenix
Beginning January 2027, when you start care with us you will supported by a dedicated team of two or three midwives throughout your care. From your first prenatal visit to your postpartum visits, the same small team is with you so by the time your birth comes, the people in your home are people who truly know you. At your birth, one midwife from your team attends alongside a student midwife or birth assistant, and the rest of the Aurora midwives are always available as backup so you are never without experienced support.
You have the strength to deliver your baby on your terms, and our Phoenix and Mesa midwives are here to support you to feel empowered throughout your pregnancy and birth. We assist our clients with home births where you are in charge of your body and your baby.
We're there for more than the labor and birth; our midwife services include prenatal and postpartum visits to fully support you throughout pregnancy and after giving birth. If you are ready to (re)write your birth story through trusting your body, birthing on your terms, and feeling encouraged and strengthened by an intimate team of midwives in the comfort of your own home, we would love to assist you with your birth.

Payment is due by 34 weeks and can be paid in installments during care
HSA & FSA cards accepted for payment
We are out of network for all insurance companies.
We are registered at Be Her Village which is a baby registry allowing you to register for birth related services as gifts!
If you are wanting a home birth and are not yet pregnant, consider looking at Health Shares. They do cover home birth, but you must be enrolled prior to pregnancy. Many of our clients are on Health Shares and love this option!

We do have limited funding to offer scholarships of up to $500 for families that are low income or are experiencing financial hardship. Click here if you would like to apply for the scholarship. -

One midwife from your dedicated care team, alongside a student midwife or birth assistant. Aurora is a teaching practice — our student midwives are trained, closely supervised, and a meaningful part of the care you receive throughout your pregnancy and birth.
Your care team of two or three midwives will be with you throughout your prenatal and postpartum visits, so the midwife at your birth is someone who already knows you well. The rest of the Aurora midwives are always available as backup, so you are never without experienced support regardless of what the night brings.
